“NyBerMan Bioinformatics’ 15-day virtual internship on “Fundamentals of RNA-Seq for Beginners” (September 01–19, 2025) was a fantastic educational experience. The entire RNA-seq analysis workflow was covered in the program, including functional enrichment, preprocessing counts, trimming, alignment, quality control, and differential expression analysis. I became more comfortable working with actual GEO datasets because to the very interactive lessons and helpful coding exercises. The encouragement to understand outcomes biologically rather than merely technically and the clarity of the lesson were really appreciated by me. I want to express my gratitude to NyBerMan Bioinformatics and the whole mentoring team for making this internship so interesting and worthwhile.
