Refund Policy

At NyBerMan Bioinformatics, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content, workshops, internships, and bioinformatics consulting services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide clear guidelines regarding refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms applicable to your purchases:

1. Courses & Training Programs

• Non-refundable Fees: All fees for online courses, workshops, internships, and certification programs are non-refundable. Once a participant has enrolled and paid for a course, the payment is considered final.¹

• Program Cancellation by NyBerMan: If NyBerMan Bioinformatics cancels a course or training program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be eligible for a full refund or can opt to transfer their enrollment to another course of equal value.

• Program Rescheduling: In the case of rescheduling a workshop or training session due to instructor unavailability, participants may request a rescheduling or opt for credit towards a future session.

2. Consultation Services

• Non-refundable Payment: Payments for bioinformatics consultation, analysis services, or personalised project assistance are non-refundable once the consultation or project has begun.

• Cancellation Policy: If a client wishes to cancel a consultation service, they must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start. In such cases, rescheduling may be available, but refunds will not be issued.

3. Subscription Services

• For any ongoing subscription-based services or tools, refunds are not available once access has been granted.

• Subscribers may cancel their subscriptions anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

4. Technical Issues

• Access to Materials: In the event of technical difficulties that prevent access to online course materials, users must report the issue within 7 days. Our team will resolve the issue promptly or provide alternative access. Refunds will not be issued for technical problems that can be resolved.

5. Exceptional Cases

• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, subject to the sole discretion of NyBerMan Bioinformatics. In such cases, requests must be made within 14 days of payment, accompanied by relevant documentation.

6. Refund Procedure

• To request a refund, please contact us at info@nyberman.com with your order details, payment proof, and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after review, if applicable.

7. Payment Discrepancies

• In case of overpayment or duplicate transactions, NyBerMan will refund the excess amount within 7-10 business days upon verification.

8. Changes to this Policy

• NyBerMan Bioinformatics reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
