It was an amazing experience to learn Network Pharmacology and from my background in Medical Biotechnology and now my MSc in Immunology, the knowledge leant will be of great value to my academic and future profession. The team members we of resource during the team sessions and after.

The workshop on Network Pharmacology was highly engaging and interactive, providing valuable opportunities to exchange ideas with both fellow participants and the instructor. It was thoughtfully structured, progressing clearly from foundational to more advanced concepts and practical applications. I had a very informative and resourceful 60-hour course on “AI-Powered Omics Data Analysis”. The two phases of the programme led by Mr. Saurabh and Mr. Suryadip were very helpful, with their timely assistance with any questions I had during the length of the course. This was a very good course for someone as a beginner to bioinformatics. Understanding how to make use of available databases to perform RNA-seq and obtain results was a good experience. Even ML was made easier with the simple slides and understanding the code.

I had an amazing experience participating in the 60-hour virtual course on AI-Powered Omics Data Analysis. The program was thoughtfully structured, offering a strong balance between foundational concepts and practical applications.

Amazing session conducted by tutor Suryadip Sarkar encompassing basics theory along with hands on of RNA sequence pipeline along with differential gene expression analysis DESEq2 , edgeR and enrichment. The tutor was very sound and passionate about the entire pipeline, covering bits and pieces of information. The USP of this entire internship was conducting a mini project backed by sufficient deep driven strategies followed by a presentation round. Throughout Nyberman & tutor were well organized with the hands on platforms , study materials , coding scripts , lecture recordings , discussion platform (telegram) , doubt solving etc.Overall I am speechless about the experience and takeaways I have after Internship.I am definitely looking forward for advance sessions with Mr.Suryadip on AI- Machine learning algorithms in conjunction to DNA/RNA seq pipelines. My phase 2 internship on Machine Learning in Biomarker Discovery was a great learning experience. I gained practical knowledge about applying ML techniques to biological data and improved my data analysis and problem-solving skills. The guidance and support from mentors helped me understand biomarker discovery more deeply.

I had no prior background in Machine Learning, but the instructor made learning the subject both engaging and approachable. He taught us everything from the ground up and helped build a strong conceptual intuition. His clear explanations and structured teaching style made complex topics easy to understand.

The ML class on transcriptomics was wonderful. Each concept was clearly explained and all questions were attended.

I was a great experience having a internship on ML. for the first time I have tried ML modeling and tackling problems which I was facing by taking help of the lectures and asking doubt. Tutor was also very supportive and answered patiently our questions. Lastly, it was a great experience.

The whole session was well organised and very informative. Many of the doubts one would have as an ML beginner was well explained and the tutor was open to any questions we have. The group project at the end with real data consolidated our understanding and gave overlook of an actual ML production.

The MD Simulations for Beginners internship by NyBerMan was a great learning experience. The sessions were well-structured and easy to follow, even for someone with little prior experience in molecular dynamics. Dr. Chandra was incredibly clear, patient, and supportive throughout; he explained each concept in a way that made it easy to grasp and apply right away.

I especially appreciated the hands-on nature of the course and the mini-project, which allowed us to put theory into practice. Working on the Penicillin Acylase–m-nitrophenylacetic acid complex helped me understand the full pipeline, from system setup to post-MD analysis. This internship definitely boosted my confidence in using GROMACS and made me more interested in computational approaches.

Very well structured sessions, nicely covered all queries and troubleshooting. Maya ma’am was a patient tutor, and it helped me as someone who is just beginning with metagenomics. I liked that the very basics of metagenomics and linux were covered along with QIIME2, mostly this is not done in other courses, this basic part is a bit rushed.

The sessions are outstanding and especially maya mam, her way of explanation and her way of clearing our doubts with so much of calmness and patience is simply superb and organizers also in organising the classes in a smooth way with clear instructions is simply appreciable. The fault is from my side actually because i couldn’t attend the last few sessions properly due to some personal work, only that is the point in this whole journey which is my fault but in overall the sessions are truly nice and a nice experience

It was really a worthwhile experience learning the concepts ,exploring metagenomics analysis through examples. This 10-day R Programming workshop was really up to the point for learning R from the scratch. It really helped me revised all the fundamentals of R Programming and understand it better. The instructor and organizers have really pack all the essential concepts in way that it can be covered within the timeframe and they are supportive throughout the program.

This mini project has been a valuable learning experience where I gained hands-on knowledge in microbiome analysis using QIIME 2. From data preprocessing to taxonomic classification and diversity analysis, I was able to understand the workflow of microbial community profiling. I thank my mentors for their continuous support and guidance throughout this project.

The sessions are amazing OMG, Maya mam is simply superb and her way of explanation and doubt clarification is outstanding and she clears our doubt with so much of patience and her commitment towards the course is very nuce and organizers also organized the sessions very clearly and neatly with clear instructions. This was a very well-organised and informative course that was conducted on Metagenomic analysis. CADD program was a new experience for me. I’m from botany background and the root I know is very different from the root what they are working on here. So, almost all the tools and techniques what Sir and Ma’am taught here is new for me but i never felt clueless or lost. The concept of the study and instructions was spoon fed. The Manual and recorded videos of the class helped a lot as it has steps that could help us recall the methods. I appreciate the tutor’s patience, helping us out to get the results. I have attended some workshop on computational techniques before where they said about many things and made me do the steps and get results but it was never clear why i was doing all that. Unlike here, the purpose of the study was clearly said in the Day 1 and all the activities we did in following classes made sense to me. And all this came along so well because of the organizing team, creating platforms in classroom and updating the study materials, and being punctual in the class timing was really great.  I thank the organizing team and the tutors for this opportunity:)

The introduction to Linux, Conda, and powerful tools like KRAKEN2 and HUMANn3 was particularly useful, especially for someone interested in metagenomic analysis.
